Creating a secure network with things we know
Whitelist (also called safelist) is a way to register people or contacts you know and trust. Applying whitelist in web security, we maintain a list of websites and web domains that are secure and trusted.
Whitelisted web sites are checked to ensure the website is not malicious. We are scanning their website, javascript and SSL to ensure the website does not carry malicious content.
There is currently over 300,000 websites we are regularly monitoring and scanning. These 300,000 websites include top 5,000 domains in each country and we also source popular domains from Internet database and open sources repositories.
Secure your network with a subset of the Internet
In physical world, criminals are hiding in remote or shady places where they are less easily to be identified. In the cyberspace, same principal applies. Cyber criminals are not able to host their hacking tools or computer virus on well know and secure websites. We can secure our network by limiting our devices to connect to a trusted subset of the Internet.
